Through computer design and plate making, various patterns can be woven according to customer requirements.

Dyeing and Finishing Process

After the fabric is woven, different colors are dyed according to the customer's requirements. From making samples to dyeing finished fabrics, we handle everything ourselves in one go. The specific steps include refining, dyeing, drying, shaping, and finishing. Refining is the process of removing impurities such as pigments, oils, and waxes from silk, making it easier to color. The dyeing method of fabrics varies depending on the variety of fabric.

Ready to wear process

After the process of plate making, sampling, cutting, sewing, ironing, inspection, and packaging, the exquisite clothing is completed. The variety ranges from various men's T-shirts to fashionable and exquisite women's clothing, making it a complete range. We can arrange pattern making and make sample clothes based on the customer's actual samples, paper samples, or drawings. We have our own pattern makers, typesetters, and machinists.
